Substitution Policy

Occasionally it may be necessary to substitute flowers or containers with products of similar grade and quality. This may be necessary due to seasonal factors (for example, lilies or sunflowers may not be available during certain months in various regions nationwide) or due to limitations of supply within smaller towns or rural areas.

Each flower arrangement is designed by a professional florist. Flower Bangkok Florist will take care to ensure that your order is as similar as possible to the requested item and we adhere to strict substitution guidelines detailed below:

- We will not change the type, size or shape of the arrangement.

- The colors requested in assorted floral arrangements will be matched, even if this means substituting other kinds of flowers of equal value.

- If substitution is necessary, Flower Bangkok Florist will make every effort to maintain the overall effect of the arrangement.

- In arrangements of one type of flower (i.e. roses), variety takes precedence over color - i.e. when you order a dozen roses it will always be a dozen roses.

- In all cases where substitution is necessary, we will always maintain the value and integrity of the overall product, and will substitute with flowers of equal or greater value.

Flowers

In arrangements of assorted flowers, the colors shown online will be used if at all possible, even if this means substituting other kinds of flowers of equal or greater value.

For one-of-a-kind flower arrangements, such as all roses or all lilies, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.

If the floral container shown online is not available, a similar container will be used.

Plants

For green and blooming plants, similar plants may be substitured of equal or greater value.

For one-of-a-kind plants, such as orchids, we will make every attempt to match the plant type, but may substitute with another color.

If the plant container shown online is not available, a similar container will be used.

Gift Baskets

If we are out of a particular item we may substitute a similar product of equal or greater value without compromising the overall design, theme, color and quality of the gift basket.
